Western Fabrication Center, LLC (WFC) is a precision steel fabrication company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Kelso, Washington. The company operates on a 15-acre campus with over 125,000 sq. ft. of advanced manufacturing space, processing more than 12,000 tons of material annually. WFC delivers custom-engineered steel, aluminum, and stainless steel fabrication services to the petroleum, wind, pulp and paper, logging, port terminal, architectural, and structural markets. Core capabilities include CNC plasma cutting, robotic beam processing, press brake forming and rolling, MIG/TIG/stick welding, in-house machining (vertical and horizontal lathes, mills, boring, grinding, threading), full CAD design and engineering, and turnkey project management. The company's integrated coating and surface prep facility features a Wheelabrator system (30 in. x 50 in. opening), a 25 ft. x 60 ft. blast booth, a 60 ft. x 60 ft. drive-through blast booth, and 28,000 sq. ft. of covered prep and paint area for plural component and high-performance coating applications. For the petroleum industry, WFC fabricates drilling and well servicing structures including rig walkers (entro, extreme, M, pony sub, slant, X rig walkers), pipe handling systems, manlift systems, wheel moving systems, load trailers for coil tubing rigs, and complete coil drilling rig assemblies. WFC holds API Q1, API 4F, and ISO-9001 certifications along with AISC Building, Bridge (with Fracture Control Endorsement), and Hydraulic fabricator certifications.
