Workover Solutions (WOS) is a Pittsburgh-based oilfield services and downhole tool manufacturing company founded in 2015 by Mark Miller. The company specializes in thru-tubing technology and wireline services for the completions and production markets. WOS designs, manufactures, and maintains its own proprietary downhole tools in-house, including the Judge and POWR series downhole motors, PulverizR PDC bits, Paladin frac and bridge plugs, InterrogatR downhole memory sub, and the Terminator T1000 metal-to-metal motor. The company also provides wireline services including perforating, pipe recovery, cement bond logging, casing inspection, and plug and abandonment operations. With approximately 130 employees and estimated annual revenue of $30.9 million, WOS operates from its headquarters in Imperial, Pennsylvania along with field offices in Houston, Odessa, and Kilgore, Texas; Casper, Wyoming; Hazen, North Dakota; Mansfield, Pennsylvania; and Wooster, Ohio. WOS received venture funding from EV Private Equity in 2017 and has expanded internationally into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2025.
