Fluid Handling Equipment

High-pressure rigid piping, swivel joints, pup joints, and integral connections used to convey fluids between pumping equipment and the wellhead during pumping, fracturing, and flowback. Flowline carries produced or injected fluid from the wellhead to processing or storage.

Flexible hose assemblies — including braided, drilling, and air hoses — paired with end couplings such as dry-break and quick-connect fittings that allow fluid transfer with controlled make and break. Selected by pressure rating, bore size, and fluid compatibility.

Flexible piping elements that absorb thermal expansion, vibration, and misalignment in fluid systems. Bellows are the convoluted flexible core of an expansion joint, commonly metal or elastomer.

Equipment that removes solids, particulates, and contaminants from process and produced fluids, including filter housings, cartridge and bag systems, and inline strainers. Rated by micron retention, flow capacity, and operating pressure.

Centrifugal, diaphragm, and process pumps that move crude oil, water, chemicals, and other fluids through the system. Selected by flow rate, head or discharge pressure, and fluid characteristics such as viscosity and solids content.

Blenders and blending systems that mix fluids, water, and chemical additives on location, together with containment equipment such as berms and liners that capture leaks and spills. Used in fracturing, water management, and chemical handling.
