Frac Tanks
Portable rectangular steel tanks, typically around 500 barrels (21,000 gallons), towed to location on a trailer chassis to stage frac water, flowback, or produced water. They are the standard rental vessel for temporary high-volume fluid storage on active sites.
Bolted & Welded Steel Storage Tanks
Rigid field-erected or shop-built steel tanks for larger or longer-term water storage, joined by bolting (often with internal liners and gaskets) or by welding. They suit fixed facilities such as central water hubs, disposal sites, and tank batteries.
Onion (Open-Top Collapsible) Tanks
Self-rising, frameless fabric tanks that fill from a flat, compact footprint into a rounded shape, named for their onion-like profile. They deploy quickly for short-term freshwater or fire-water staging where rigid tanks are impractical.
Folding-Frame & Pillow Tanks
Collapsible storage using a coated-fabric bladder, either supported by a portable folding frame (open top) or fully enclosed as a pillow/bladder tank (closed top). Both pack small for transport and are used for freshwater, fire protection, and temporary fluid containment.
Produced & Flowback Water Tanks
Tanks rated for the corrosive, hydrocarbon-bearing, and high-salinity water returned from wells, using chemical-resistant liners or coatings and compatible seals. They hold flowback and produced water pending treatment, recycling, or disposal.
Insulated & Heated Water Tanks
Storage fitted with insulation and immersion or indirect heating to prevent freezing and maintain fluid temperature in cold climates. They keep frac and process water usable during winter operations and in northern basins.
Fire Protection Water Tanks
Dedicated tanks that hold a reserved volume of water for firefighting and fire-suppression systems at facilities and remote sites. They are sized and constructed to fire-water storage standards such as NFPA 22.
Water Tank Trucks & Mobile Tanks
Truck- and trailer-mounted tanks used to haul and deliver water to and from locations rather than for stationary storage. They supply freshwater for fracs, transfer produced water to disposal, and support dust control and site operations.
