EBSE Engenharia de Soluções S.A. is one of Brazil's most traditional manufacturers of industrial and process equipment, large diameter pipes, and heavy-duty equipment. Founded in 1913, EBSE has over a century of experience in designing, manufacturing, and electromechanical assembly of equipment, fabrication of pipes and spools, as well as modular structures. The company serves diverse industries including oil and gas, energy, paper and pulp, steel, mining, cement, construction, nuclear, sanitation, sugarcane ethanol, and defense. EBSE manufactures seamed carbon and special steel pipes from 12 inches in diameter upwards and up to 4 inches in thickness. The company holds API 2B and API 5L certifications from the American Petroleum Institute and is also certified by CNEN for nuclear-grade manufacturing. Their main manufacturing facility occupies 25 acres in an important industrial area of Rio de Janeiro, near rail, road, and marine transport routes. EBSE is structured in independent business units covering pipes, spools, equipment, modules and skids, and field services.
