Westerman, Inc.

Westerman, Inc. is a large equipment fabricator specializing in design, engineering, and manufacturing of oil and gas processing equipment for upstream production, midstream processing, water management, nuclear, marine, and industrial markets. The company's broad portfolio supports production separation, dehydration, stabilization, filtration, custody transfer metering, and emissions control. Westerman was acquired by Worthington Industries (now Worthington Enterprises) in 2012 for $70 million and is the largest and oldest supplier of oil and gas separators and wellhead equipment east of the Mississippi River. In 2021, Westerman acquired J.W. Williams, Inc. (founded 1963), expanding its capabilities into midstream processing and adding a manufacturing facility in Casper, Wyoming. Westerman operates three manufacturing facilities totaling nearly 500,000 sq ft of fabrication space across Bremen, OH; Catoosa, OK; and Casper, WY, with over 1.1 million sq ft of yard storage. The company serves major U.S. basins including the Permian, DJ, Bakken, Mid-Con, and Appalachian.
