Water Treatment

Skid-mounted or modular trains that treat water returning from producing and recently fractured wells, removing hydrocarbons, suspended solids, iron, and bacteria for reuse or disposal. Typical units integrate separation, chemical dosing, filtration, and clarification stages.

Gravity separators, corrugated/inclined plate packs, hydrocyclones, induced and dissolved gas flotation (IGF/DGF), and skim tanks that remove free and dispersed oil from water. Used to recover hydrocarbons and lower oil-in-water content ahead of further treatment.

Coagulants and flocculants that destabilize and agglomerate fine solids, plus biocides, scale and corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, and pH adjusters. Dosed to clarify water, control bacteria, and protect downstream equipment and injection wells.

Media filters, bag and cartridge filters, walnut-shell filters, and membrane processes (ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis) that remove residual solids, oil, and dissolved species. Membrane trains are applied where high-purity or desalinated water is required.

Filtration, settling, and high-pressure injection packages that condition produced and flowback water for injection into Class II disposal or enhanced-recovery wells. Solids and bacteria control maintains injectivity and protects formation permeability.

Self-contained pumping skids and centrifugal, multistage, or progressive-cavity pumps that move water between sources, treatment units, storage, and wellsites. Often paired with manifolds, flow meters, and lay-flat or steel transfer lines.

Aerobic and anaerobic biological reactors and clarifiers that reduce dissolved organics and BOD/COD in process wastewater and sanitary streams. Applied at downstream facilities, terminals, and camps to meet discharge limits.

Potable water treatment and disinfection packages for camps and offshore facilities, and marine bilge water separators that remove oil before overboard discharge. Bilge units are governed by marine pollution-prevention requirements.
