Cartridge Filters
Filter housings that hold one or more replaceable cylindrical cartridge elements rated to a specific micron size for liquid particulate removal. They are used where a defined, disposable filtration stage protects downstream equipment from solids.
Bag Filters
Vessels using a fabric or felt filter bag seated in a support basket to capture particulates from liquid streams. They offer high dirt-holding capacity and low cost per change-out, making them common for higher-solids fluids.
Gas Filters and Filter Separators
Filtration equipment that removes solid particulates and entrained liquids from natural gas, fuel gas, or instrument gas streams. Filter separators combine a particulate filtration stage with a vane or mesh separation section to drop out liquids.
Coalescers
Filtration vessels with coalescing elements that merge fine dispersed droplets of water or oil into larger droplets that separate by gravity. They are applied to dehydrate fuels, polish produced water, and remove aerosols from gas.
Self-Cleaning and Backwash Filters
Automatic filters that remove accumulated solids from the screen or element without full disassembly, typically by backwashing or mechanical scraping. They suit continuous high-flow duties such as seawater and produced-water service.
Filter Housings and Vessels
The pressure-containing vessels that enclose filter elements, usually built to ASME Section VIII, Division 1 with the required pressure and temperature rating. They are specified by connection size, element count, and material of construction.
Cyclone and Desander Separators
Inertial separation devices that use centrifugal force to remove sand and heavier solids from liquid or gas streams without a consumable medium. They are used upstream of finer filtration to reduce particulate loading.
Filter Elements and Media
The replaceable cartridges, bags, and coalescing elements installed inside housings, available in pleated, depth, and membrane media. They are selected by micron rating, efficiency, and chemical compatibility with the process fluid.
