Product Families
Cam-and-Groove (Cam-Lock) Couplings
Two-piece couplings with a grooved adapter and a coupler whose two cam arms swing down to lock and seal, used for low-to-medium-pressure transfer of water, fuels, oils, and chemicals. Standardized to A-A-59326 with letter-designated part types (A, B, C, D, E, F, DC, DP).
Hammer Union Fittings
Threaded union connections made up by striking lugs on a wing nut with a hammer, used on drilling, cementing, and frac flowlines. Distinct figure numbers (e.g., 206, 602, 1002, 1502) denote pressure class and are not cross-compatible.
Flat-Face Hydraulic Quick Disconnects
Push-to-connect hydraulic couplings with flush mating faces that minimize fluid loss and air inclusion on connection, suited to mobile and oilfield hydraulic tooling. Built to ISO 16028 for interchange and low spillage.
Poppet-Style Hydraulic Quick Couplings
General-purpose hydraulic quick-action couplings using internal poppet check valves that close on disconnect to retain fluid and hold pressure. Common interchange dimensions follow ISO 7241 Series A and B.
Dry-Break (Dry-Disconnect) Couplings
Couplings with double check valves that seal both halves at the instant of disconnect, virtually eliminating drip when handling hazardous or environmentally sensitive fluids. Used on chemical transfer, additive, and loading systems.
Tank Truck and Loading Couplings
Couplings and adapters sized for bottom-loading, top-loading, and transfer of petroleum products between tank trucks, storage, and process equipment. Loading adapter geometry commonly references API RP 1004.
Hose End Fittings and Crimp Couplings
Permanently attached hose terminations applied by crimping or swaging a ferrule onto the hose, providing the connection point that mates to cam-lock, union, or threaded ends. Selected by hose ID, pressure rating, and media compatibility.
Multi-Coupling Plates
Plate-mounted assemblies that join several hydraulic and fluid lines in a single guided motion, including auto-dock designs that connect on equipment docking. Used where multiple circuits must be made up simultaneously and repeatably.
