Casing Wiper Plugs (Top & Bottom)
Elastomer-finned plugs run inside the casing during primary cementing; the bottom plug leads the slurry and ruptures at the float collar, while the top plug follows and bumps to signal end of displacement. They mechanically separate cement from mud and wipe fluid film off the casing ID.
Cement Bridge Plugs
Mechanically or wireline-set anchoring tools that seal the bore and provide a solid base on which a balanced cement plug can be spotted. They prevent slurry fall and improve plug placement reliability for kick-off, isolation, or abandonment.
Cement Retainers
Settable packer-type tools with a check valve that allow cement to be squeezed below the tool while preventing backflow once pumping stops. Used for squeeze cementing across perforations or zones where pressure-controlled placement is required.
Kick-Off Plugs
Cement plugs set in open hole to provide a hard, drillable platform from which a directional sidetrack or new wellbore is initiated. Often built with high-compressive-strength slurries and supported by a base plug to resist drilling loads.
Cement Bailers
Wireline-conveyed dump tools that deposit a measured volume of cement at a precise depth, typically over a bridge plug or in small-diameter intervals. Used where conventional pumped placement is impractical.
Latch-Down & Non-Rotating Plugs
Wiper plug variants that lock into a profiled seat (latch-down) to hold differential pressure after bumping, or are designed to resist rotation during drill-out. They support subsequent operations such as pressure testing or shoe-track drilling.
Cement Plug Materials & Cores
Component and consumable lines including the slurry-forming cement plug material and plug cores made of aluminium or plastic that allow safe, faster drill-out of the plug body after the cement has set.
Abandonment & Zone-Isolation Plugs
Balanced or squeeze cement plugs set across abandoned intervals to establish permanent barriers for plug and abandonment, water-shutoff, or lost-circulation control, dimensioned to meet regulatory minimum-length and verification requirements.
